Anticipation is building among Surrey property watchers for the launch of award-winning Linden Homes’ Heathlands development in Frimley this month.

To make the purchasing process easier, Linden Homes offers its Part Exchange scheme in which, on qualifying properties, it acts as the guaranteed buyer. The support saves on expensive estate agent’s fees as well as the time and hassle of selling a home.
Alternatively, on homes priced up to £600,000, buyers with deposits as low as five per cent can take advantage of the Help to Buy scheme. The deposit combines with a government loan of 20 per cent (interest free for five years) to leave buyers requiring a more attainable mortgage of 75 per cent.
