On Saturday 28th January, the doors will open for the first time to the brand new show apartment at Elmbank, Linden Homes’ very popular development in Barnet.
The spacious and beautifully finished apartment, which is available to view by appointment, has two bedrooms and its own study.
So far, the homes at Elmbank have been in such high demand that over 75% of the one and two bedroom apartments in the first phase sold off plan. There are now just a few homes from this phase remaining.
Released due to demand, phase 2 will comprise a stunning collection of two bedroom apartments and four bedroom houses. Each of these homes will offer spacious living accommodation, high specification and private parking.
Step inside the show apartment and enter the spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining room which benefits from plenty of natural light and creates the perfect social hub to your new home. The master bedroom comes with its own en-suite and the second bedroom is served by the family bathroom.
City commuters will only have a journey time of 30 minutes from High Barnet Underground Station to Central London. Alternatively, the study at Elmbank’s show apartment provides a perfect home office.

London Help to Buy is also available on selected homes. (It’s applicable to new build homes up to £600,000). With the 40% Government equity loan, you need just a 5% deposit and a 55% mortgage.
