Boyn Hill Gardens Begins To Take Shape In Maidenhead
01 May 2013

Linden Homes’ new development in Maidenhead, Boyn Hill Gardens is progressing well and is on schedule to launch in mid-July.

On the site, the original Boyn Hill House is being carefully refurbished to create three new homes and the surrounding landscape is being sensitively reserved. In particular, great care is being taken to preserve the site’s original brick boundary wall.

Boyn Hill Gardens is in a prime location for commuters: Maidenhead is the starting point in the west for the revolutionary new cross rail system which is currently under construction. This new suburban rail service for London and the South East will link Maidenhead with, amongst other destinations, the City, Canary Wharf, the West End and Heathrow airport via 41 connections with other rail lines.

Boyn Hill Gardens will consist of three, four and five bedroom new homes as well as a selection of one and two bedroom apartments. The wide variety means that there should be a home to suit most budgets.

The first phase of the development will see the release of three, four and five bedroom homes.

These homes are being built in a very popular and attractive part of Maidenhead. The development is located on a wide, leafy and peaceful road flanked by mature trees. It is close to the beautiful and historic All Saints Church which is regarded as one of Maidenhead’s most significant and impressive pieces of architecture.

These new homes will be within easy reach of the town centre and Nicholson’s shopping Centre, with their selection of high street shops and boutiques. There is also a cinema, an arts centre – with its own theatre - and a leisure centre in town.

Simon Pendlebury is the sales and marketing director for Linden Homes. He says that although first completions won’t be due until autumn this year, there are still steps you can take if you are interested in buying one of these new homes:

“We would strongly suggest that if you are keen, you register with us. It costs nothing to do and once we have your details we will be able to keep you informed about how the development is coming on and which homes are currently available. We’ll let you know of any offers we have too. You also receive priority notification when homes are released, which in a popular area like this one, could be a real bonus. If you do register and then purchase a Linden Home at Boyn Hill Gardens, we will give you £250 to spend on your new home.”

To register, or for more information on the new homes at Boyn Hill Gardens, please call 0844 488 3604.
