Canalside Showhome Set To Open At Cincinnati Development

A canalside showhome is set to be opened at a development being built on the former Cincinnati factory site in Birmingham.

The site – located on land north of the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal, off Edgemond Avenue – was left derelict after the factory’s closure in 2008, following 73 years of production.

Linden Homes – the developer regenerating the site – will open a four-bedroom showhome at its development, named Cincinnati, ready for visitors to take a look around over the Easter weekend.

The showhome – a three-storey Kingsbury II townhouse, features two reception rooms, both with canal views.
