Brook Park will provide 112 contemporary new homes, a third of which will be affordable housing. The development will feature a beautiful collection of one bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom homes, well-connected to the city centre, as well as Bristol Parkway train station and the M4 motorway.

Work has already started on site and the development is due to be officially launched this summer.
