Construction work has passed a key milestone in Penzance

The South West based housebuilder, Vistry Partnerships South West has completed on 20 new build apartments in the stunning coastal town of Penzance.

Vistry has already completed 127 new homes at the Porthgwari development, working in partnership with Cornwall Council and LiveWest. The latest phase of development on site has seen the addition of 20 new build apartments including 1-, 2- & 3-bedroom options.

When complete, the development will include a further phase of apartments including the redevelopment of the grade 2 listed York house and the further Annex building, bringing a unique offering to Penzance.

Jenna Waters, regional sales, and marketing director for Vistry Partnerships South West, said: “The development at Porthgwari has and will continue to provide a range of stylish modern homes in a scenic and convenient location in Penzance, and with easy access to the A30 for journeys to St. Ives, Truro and Land’s End.

“The latest addition of these unique apartments at Porthgwari compliment the 127 homes we have already built under the Linden Homes brand at Porthgwari in partnership with Cornwall Council and LiveWest.

With apartments now occupied there is limited opportunity to secure one of these popular, unique apartments at Porthgwari. Just two apartments remain with prices starting from £280,000.
