The Site Team At A New Housing Development In Deeping St James Is Celebrating After Scooping A Sought-after Industry Accolade.
Linden Homes, which is part of Vistry Group, received a Quality Recognition Award at the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards for the high standard of work at its Springfields development.
Organised by Premier Guarantee, one of the UK’s leading new home warranty providers, the awards celebrate site teams who go above and beyond in the pursuit of excellence.
Awards are presented according to a site’s average inspection rating, which is based on various criteria including the standard of site management, quality of workmanship, health and safety, and site tidiness.
The 77-home development, off Linchfield Road, is now in the running to be nominated for the regional and national Quality Recognition Awards if it continues to achieve top inspection ratings.
Omar Klaij, building inspector at Premier Guarantee, said: “Linden Homes’ award win is testament to the team’s consistent high-quality work at the Springfields site.
“The site manager and assistants demonstrated a keenness and strong willingness to achieve the greatest result possible. They were also not shy of asking for advice on how to improve further; I can certainly see them celebrating further success in the future.”
