WITH a sell out at its popular St Ives development YES! – Linden Homes is now preparing to say farewell to residents at neighbouring Longstanton.
With only a handful of homes remaining for sale at the St Michael’s Chase development, there is a final chance to snap up one of the properties – which are served by the Cambridge Guided Busway route.

NewBuy – requiring a five per cent deposit, this incentive is aimed at bridging the gap for people who have previously been unable to buy their first home or move house.
Linden Homes will work in partnership with major high street to help you buy your new home with just a five per cent deposit and secure a 95 per cent fixed rate mortgage. The scheme is available on apartments and houses up to £500,000.
Part exchange – Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions. Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your buyer, freeing you up to put in reservation on your new home. After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams. You can stay in your existing home until your new one is ready.
Sales director Chris Roads said: “Both the St Ives and Longstanton developments have been hugely popular – not only due to the fantastic design and quality of the homes, but because of the locations’ close proximity to Cambridge.
“However, for those potential customers who missed out or who weren’t in a position to buy with us at St Ives, there is a limited opportunity to purchase one of the remaining homes at Longstanton.”
