Double Planning Success At Linden Homes Western

Linden Homes has achieved full planning permission on two exciting new developments in the last month in Falfield, Gloucestershire and Harry Stoke in Bristol.

Rachael Humphreys, Head of Land and Planning at Linden Homes Western, commented: “It’s wonderful news and we’re delighted to be able to start on site. The whole team has worked incredibly hard with our architects, and in consultation with the local councils, to create two attractive schemes that are sensitively designed and will complement the local areas. They will be fantastic places to live and we’ll be launching the new homes next year.”

Brook Park, off Great Stoke Way in Harry Stoke, will provide 112 new homes (75 private and 37 affordable), including one bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom homes in north Bristol. The development has excellent transport links and is located a short walk from the railway station; it’s just six miles from the city centre and boasts easy access to the motorway.

Falfield Grange, off Moorslade Lane in Falfield, South Gloucestershire has also had its Reserved Matters Application approved and will feature 85 well-designed three and four bedroom homes (55 private and 30 affordable). The site is in a stunning rural location, just off junction 14 on the M5 and infrastructure works have already begun.

Rachael added: “We have a healthy landbank and a great team helping us to keep up with the demand. Our region is always on the look out for land opportunities in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire and Somerset, with a particular focus on 100-200 unit schemes in Bristol.”
