Rebecca and her partner were looking to sell their individual properties to buy their first home together. With Rebecca previously living in Swindon and her partner in Bristol, the couple agreed that Bristol would be the perfect place to settle as the city offers so much to see and do whilst also boasting plenty of green space.

It was the location of the development that stood out in their search for a new home. Commenting on the benefits that this urban retreat offers, Rebecca said: “We loved the amount of natural space kept on the development, with some really beautiful mature trees. We hear so many birds in the morning now, it is so lovely! We also love the fact that we can access green spaces and parks directly from the development, we don’t have to walk through the town, or get in the car. This is such a joy for us and our little dog Merlin.”

Rebecca commented: “We were selling two properties to buy one and so it was a lot to deal with. However, the team at Blackberry Hill were our ultimate cheerleaders. They went above and beyond to support us, not just in terms of the technical process, but also in terms of how we were coping from a personal level. They were so supportive and thoughtful, and it really felt like they were on the journey with us. They made the natural stress of house buying so much more bearable.”
