Linden Homes Midlands’ is poised to open a fantastic new family-friendly view home at its popular Ashton Rise development in Market Harborough.
The four-bedroom Deeping view home will open its doors on May 4; when visitors can also find out more about the development – where over 60 per cent of the properties have now been sold or reserved.
Some of the new homes are due for imminent completion, and the Deeping is a fine example of the spacious and family-friendly houses available. Reserving one of these house types could also see the buyer move in for June, receive £10,000 towards stamp duty and up to £2,000 towards legal fees.
The Deeping is a four-bedroom detached home with garage, featuring a large kitchen/ dining / family area with living room, conservatory and French doors leading to the garden. Four bedrooms (with ensuite to master bedroom) and family bathroom make up the first floor.
The view home also comes complete with flooring and blinds throughout, upgraded kitchen units with integrated appliances, shower pack, turf to the rear garden and outside water supply.
Ashton Rise, located in the sought-after Lubenham Hill area of the town, offers a range three and four-bedroom properties.
Help to Buy is one of the most popular incentives chosen by house hunters looking to move, offering more home for your money – often meaning that buyers can afford a bigger property than they first thought.
Here’s how it works: customers require a minimum five per cent deposit. The government will lend you up to 20 per cent of the value of your property through an equity loan, which can be repaid at any time, or on the sale of your home.
Buyers will only need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage from a bank or building society. The maximum home purchase is £600,000. Help to Buy is currently available on a series of spacious three, four and five-bedrooms homes.
