Are you a police officer, nurse, teacher, firefighter or serving in the Armed Forces?Are you a police officer, nurse, teacher, firefighter or serving in the Armed Forces?

Linden Homes is holding a series of events on Saturday 15th June to help key workers move to one of its new homes developments in Kingsteignton, Sherford and Paignton.

Emma Colin, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, commented: “Key workers are local heroes and we wanted to help them afford the space they really need."

“We understand how difficult it can be to get on the property ladder – especially when you have to live near your job and may have to work long hours. We will be able to tailor a package to suit your individual needs, whether you have a house to sell, need help with the deposit, Stamp Duty or removal costs – just join us on Saturday 15th June to find out more and to check you are eligible.”

The events are taking place at three Linden Homes developments between 10am and 5pm:

Kings Gate in Kingsteignton
Sherford near Plymouth
White Rock in Paignton

Linden Homes is creating beautiful two to five bedroom homes throughout the south west in Exeter, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Paignton, Blackawton (near Dartmouth), Sherford, Barnstaple and Swanpool.
