Hang Up Your Stocking In A Brand New Home This Christmas In Bourne
23 Nov 2015

The Christmas cards, calendars and decorations dominating the shops are a sign that the festive season is fast approaching.

But what do you really want for Christmas?

How about a brand new kitchen in which to cook your Christmas Dinner, perhaps a fantastic new space to show off your Christmas tree and festive decorations, or maybe lots more space when entertaining guests – including that extra bedroom or play area for the kids?

Well if you are looking for a smart new space in which to hang up your stocking, Christmas can be all wrapped up with Linden Homes Midlands, where you can be moved in for the big day in Bourne.

Interest is gathering pace in the recently launched Red Hall Gardens development, located close to the town centre.

A preview evening to showcase an additional 46 new homes at the existing development has generated a buzz among home buyers locally, with a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes perfect for everyone from first time buyers to young professionals and families.

And with Bourne just 20 minutes from Stamford and around half an hour from Peterborough, it also makes it a great commutable location.

Only a handful of the homes will be ready to move into for Christmas, with the others due for completion in the New Year – so the message from Linden Homes is to act now to avoid disappointment.

And for those looking to put a new home at the top of their wish list, there is also an opportunity to make use of the many incentives available to help curb the cost, including:

Help to Buy – customers require a minimum five per cent deposit. The government will lend you up to 20 per cent of the value of your property through an equity loan, which can be repaid at any time, or on the sale of your home. Buyers will only need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage from a bank or building society. The maximum home purchase is £600,000.

Part exchange - Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions. Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your buyer, freeing you up to put in reservation on your new home. After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams. You can stay in your existing home until your new one is ready.

Linden Homes Midlands’ area sales manager Bev Bray said: “While many people don’t really want to think too much about Christmas just at the moment, if you are thinking about moving to a brand new home in time to celebrate the festive season, now is the perfect time to start the journey to avoid disappointment.”
