Linden Homes is holding an event to help first time buyers on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September, at its Spinnaker development in Westbury.

Visitors will be able to pop in, view the plans and speak to an independent financial advisor, where they can find out how much they can afford to spend and discover the range of initiatives available to help them move.

Spinnaker offers a stylish collection of two bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom homes, built in joint partnership with Wates Developments Group. The development is situated next to the picturesque Eden Vale Lake and benefits from excellent travel links.

Area sales manager, Lucy Gazzard commented: “Spinnaker is a fantastic development and provides a range of energy-efficient homes to suit different buyers’ needs and budgets.

“Unfortunately, we’ve seen first time buyers who have been given short notice to move as their landlord has decided to sell. However, buying your own home could work out cheaper than renting and it also enables you to regain some stability and control after an unsettling time.
