For the first time, Edwalton Fields, which is a short drive from Nottingham’s vibrant city centre, has launched an attractive collection of two to five-bedroom homes under the Linden Homes brand. Work is currently underway on the 137 brand-new homes, which include affordable housing. A timber play area, a multi-use games area for ball sports and hedgehog highways will also be introduced at the location.
House hunters can visit the development, which also boasts a range of properties from Bovis Homes, on an appointment-only basis and can take advantage of a number of purchase assistance schemes.
