Linden Homes is holding a ‘Home Reach and Pancakes’ event at its Sherford development near Plymouth on Saturday 2nd March to help homebuyers learn more about the exciting new scheme.
Taking place between 10.30am and 2.30pm, the event will enable visitors to enjoy a pancake and a hot drink – ahead of Shrove Tuesday – and find out more about Home Reach, a fantastic new part-buy-part-rent scheme that is helping hundreds of people afford the space they need. Everyone who attends the event will be entered into a draw to win a family ice-skating voucher at Plymouth Pavilions.
Linden Homes is working in partnership with heylo to offer the Home Reach scheme on selected homes. Wayne Bennett, director of Home Reach, said: “Home Reach can enable people to secure their perfect home when they didn’t think it was possible by taking out a mortgage for half (or more) of the property and paying a low monthly rent on the other portion; customers can then pay more money into their property at any time.”
