We'd love to see you over the holiday period. To avoid disappointment, please see each of our developments for their specific opening times. Normal opening hours will resume on 3rd January.
Construction work is underway to transform the derelict former Tower and Fort Works site in Wolverhampton into a development of 77 new homes.
National housebuilder Linden Homes acquired the brownfield land off Great Brickkiln Street in Graiseley earlier this year and has now commenced groundworks on the site.
The development, which is to be called Brickkiln Place, will comprise a mix of two to five-bedroom properties, with the first homes due to be completed in May 2019.
Linda Huntington, Head of Sales for Linden Homes West Midlands, said: “We are pleased that work is now underway at Brickkiln Place, and we will soon see the first homes begin to take shape at our new development in Wolverhampton.
“We are proud to be supporting the wider regeneration of the city by delivering 77 new homes on brownfield land and we look forward to welcoming the first residents into their homes from May next year.
“Brickkiln Place is one of two developments we are building in Wolverhampton, and when both are complete we will have provided 227 much-needed new homes for the area.”
In addition to the Brickkiln Place development, Linden Homes is building 150 homes on the former site of the Armitage Shanks Tap Works factory off Showell Road in Low Hill, and adjoining land off Fifth Avenue and Broome Road.
The development – to be called Tap Works in homage to the site’s history – will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Both developments being built by Linden Homes are expected to be complete by the end of 2020.
