And the star of 60 Minute Makeover has been sharing her know how and advice with potential home hunters in Hull – as Linda was the special guest at Linden Homes’ show home launch at the Lindenwood development at Kingswood at the weekend.
Linda has been the VIP guest at a number of Linden Homes show home launches across East Riding and North Yorkshire in recent months – and has plenty of great things to say about the Hull-based developer.
She said: “Buying a new house is one of the most significant and emotional decisions any of us have to make, and that is probably more true right now than ever before.
“However, finding the house is only part of it - finding the house that you want to call 'home' is actually what the search is all about. Linden Homes seem to understand that perfectly, and the attention they pay to the interior layout and design of each and every home impresses me on every visit.

Lindenwood will comprise a range of 79 fantastic new homes at a location midway between Hull and Beverley – offering a selection of traditional style two-storey and contemporary three-story homes to suit all budgets and lifestyle needs.
A range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes will make up the development.
The new homes will also benefit from the newly created Kingswood Parks Local Centre – with Linden Homes working closely with planners and architects to achieve the location’s full potential for its residents.
The Kingswood Parks Development is located on the northern edge of Kingston Upon Hull, stretching over 480 acres of land.
As one of the largest mixed-use developments to be undertaken anywhere in the country over the past 20 years, on completion it comprise 5,000 new homes with its own employment park, leisure park and district centre.
