Linden Homes Has Arrived In Longstanton

A BRAND new show home has been wowing visitors to Linden Homes’ latest Cambridgeshire development.

Work is now well under way on a stunning selection of 77 stylish homes at the village location of Longstanton, with the range of two bedroom apartments and maisonettes and three, four and five-bedroom traditionally-built homes offering something for everyone.

Located just off Over Road, the St Michael’s Chase development has recently unveiled its wonderful three-storey show home, complete with breathtaking interior design – giving visitors a taste of just what the development has to offer.

Perfectly positioned close to a number of local primary schools and the acclaimed Swavesey College, and with Cambridge City Centre just 10 miles away – it also makes it the ideal location for commuters.

Longstanton is connected to Cambridge, Huntingdon and St Ives via the Guided Bus Way, offering a regular park and ride timetable.

St Michael’s Chase is the latest development in Linden Homes’ Cambridgeshire portfolio – with popular sites at St Ives and Huntington attracting huge volumes of sales.

Linden Homes sales director Steve Garton said: “We are very excited about the Longstanton development, and are thrilled to be offering discerning customers such a great choice of home styles in this wonderful location.”

Linden Homes expects to be on site for around three years.
