There are currently one and two bedroom apartments available. The two bedroom apartments feature a contemporary open plan kitchen and living room, a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second bedroom, a bathroom and a designated parking space.
Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: “Heritage Park is a charming development. The homes are attractive and situated near a nature reserve, so we did think they would sell quickly but they’ve been so well received that we’ve had to bring forward the release of our apartments.
“The apartments are well-designed and set in a wonderful location, in commuting distance to Bristol (just 16 miles away) and Bath (nine miles), so we’re expecting them to be very popular with first time buyers, professionals and downsizers alike. We’re also trying to get the message out about Help to Buy, as some people think they can’t afford to buy but they may be able to save money and own their own home – come and visit us, you may be able to move sooner than you think!”
The Help to Buy scheme is designed to assist first time buyers and existing homeowners and applies to any new build property up to the value of £600,000. It enables homebuyers to purchase a home with just five per cent deposit and a 20 per cent loan – a loan that is interest free for the first five years and can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years.
Sue added: “If homebuyers are uncertain about Help to Buy, we would encourage them to come and talk it through with our sales executives to discover how we can make it work for them.
“Home 175 is a stylish two bedroom apartment priced at £158,995, however with Help to Buy homebuyers would only need a 75 per cent mortgage of £119,247 and a five per cent deposit of £7,950 – it really is a fantastic scheme, designed to help and you’ll own 100 per cent of your new home.”
