The opening of 2013 marks an important new focus for housebuilder of the year, Linden Homes. Due to popular demand, the developer has selected the Cotswolds as an area of particular focus known for its outstanding natural beauty and quintessentially English towns and villages.

The soon-to-be-launched development, ‘The Artisan Quarter’, in Moreton in Marsh from Linden Homes, is a stunning collection of three and four bedroom houses. As with all of Linden Homes’ new homes, quality fixtures and fittings come as standard and each house comes with a 10-year National House-Building Council build warranty and two-year customer care warranty. Professional advice is available every step of the way, plus a range of styles and energy-efficient, money-saving appliances, making the move into a new build all the more appealing.
There are also a number of schemes available to help purchasers make that move a little easier too. Linden Homes offers the government’s 95 per cent mortgage guarantee scheme NewBuy to all customers purchasing a home worth under £500,000 (not exclusive to first time buyers), as well as its own range of 95 per cent lending and its Part Exchange scheme.
