Mortgage Clinic Event: Thursday 19th September

Linden Homes is helping homebuyers by holding mortgage clinic events on Thursday 19th September from 4pm to 7pm.

Taking place at White Rock in Paignton and Montbray in Barnstaple, visitors will be able to speak to independent financial advisors to gain free advice and find out how much they can afford.

Joseph-Federis Cox, sales manager at Linden Homes said, explained: “Our customers often say that they did the sums themselves and were surprised to hear how much they could afford when they visited us. Buying new can unlock many initiatives that homebuyers can use to help them move, like Help to Buy*, Part Exchange† and Assisted Move‡.

“There are also some fantastic mortgage products available so we’re encouraging anyone interested in moving to come along to the event, speak to the independent experts and find out how we may be able to help – whether you’re a first time buyer or an existing homebuyer.”

Currently available at White Rock is a contemporary range of two, three and four bedroom homes. At Montbray, the development is offering a beautiful two bedroom coach house, plus three and four bedroom houses.
