As the excitement of Bonfire Night approaches, new homes developer Linden Homes Midlands is helping to put some additional whiz and bang into Market Harborough’s firework celebrations.
Now in its 36th year, the annual St Joseph’s PTFA Bonfire & Fireworks display will be lighting up the skies on Saturday 3 November.
As the only public firework and bonfire display in the town, the event attracts over 3,000 people, and is the major fundraiser for the primary school’s PTA.
Helping to ensure that the evening sparkles, are Linden Homes Midlands – one of the event sponsors.
The company is currently building a range of new homes at the Ashton Rise development, in the Lubbenham Hill area of the town; with the display the latest in a series of community events to receive its support.
Senior sales manager Gary Cranfield said: “This event is really at the heart of the community, and as a company providing new homes for that growing community, it seems very fitting for us to offer our support. We wish the organsiers well with the event and their fund-raising efforts.”
Catherine Searcy, joint chair of St Joseph’s PTFA, said: “Our huge thanks to Linden Homes Midlands for their kind donation towards this popular and well-supported event – which really is a great evening in bringing the whole community together!”
For more information about the event visit http://www.stjosephs.leics.sch.uk/
Gates open at 6:30pm and tickets are £5 per adult and £3 per child with pre-schoolers free.
