A new show home has been unveiled at the Catherington Park location in Waterlooville.
The four-bedroom Westminster house is now open for prospective buyers to view by appointment at the Linden Homes development.
Vistry Group is building 239 properties under its Linden Homes brand at the site.
There is currently a selection of four-bedroom houses for sale at the development, including three of the Westminster house type priced from £468,000.
Melanie Richards, sales and marketing director for Vistry Southern, said: ““Our Westminster show home is now open to view by appointment only. Since its launch, we have seen high levels of interest, with appointments to view the home completely booked for the first two weekends.

The Government-scheme enables first-time buyers to purchase a home with just a five per cent deposit and 75 percent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent is provided as an equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years.
The initiative is available on new-build homes priced up to £437,600 in the South East of England region.
Melanie said: “This will be the very last opportunity to use Help to Buy at Catherington Park and customers will need to reserve before the 31 October in order to be eligible for the scheme.
“Priced just within the Help to Buy regional price cap, these two Canterbury homes represent a great opportunity for families looking to purchase their first home with a small deposit and reduced mortgage.
