North West Growth Continues For Galliford Try Partnerships With Double Appointment
01 Feb 2016

Housing and regeneration specialist Galliford Try Partnerships, continues its North West growth strategy into 2016 with the appointment of two new development managers.

As part of their new roles, Aimee Law and Simon Finlay, will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the feasibility, land acquisition and planning process at Galliford Try Partnerships' North West business having both specialised in the housebuilding sector throughout their careers. They will join development manager Jude Baker who joined the company in 2015.

Aimee, who has over nine years’ experience in the property sector joined the company from specialist affordable housing consultancy PDW, where she held the position of head of development, having previously worked for Great Places and Liverpool Mutual Homes.

Simon has moved to Galliford Try Partnerships from David Wilson Homes having worked as senior land manager for over two years. He has previously worked for Barratt Partnerships, Artisan and Davis Langdon.

Galliford Try Partnerships markets its properties under the Linden Homes North West banner and these two new appointments follow a year of growth for the company as it continues to strengthen its North West offer.

Over the last 12 months the team has expanded to 34 across all areas of the business as part of its expansion plan, which the company anticipates will continue with further key appointments in the future.

Darren Leary, development director at Galliford Try Partnerships, said: “We are delighted to start 2016 by welcoming Aimee and Simon to our expanding team. These appointments will help us build on the successes achieved in 2015 and continue to strengthen our business within the North West Region as our expansion continues. Aimee and Simon are both highly experienced within the housing and regeneration sector and will play a significant role in achieving our growth objectives over the coming years.”
