Graylingwell Park in Chichester is proving it has the feel good factor with around 20 people in the medical profession having already chosen to set up home at the award-winning scheme.

The largest carbon neutral development in the UK is a partnership between Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes and Communities Agency.

Investors may want to investigate the ‘medical’ interest too as five of the 20 have opted to rent rather than buy and given the development’s close proximity to St Richard’s Hospital, it’s likely to be a trend that continues.
