Two Linden Homes developments recognised at Exeter Property Awards

Two Linden Homes developments will go head-to-head after being singled out in the best residential development category in the Exeter Property Awards 2022.

The awards celebrate the city’s dynamic property sector and the ceremony will take place at Sandy Park on Friday 21st October.

Emma Smith, regional sales and marketing director said: “It’s fantastic that Tithe Barn in Exeter and The Oaks in Chudleigh have been named as finalists. A great deal of work goes into the design of the homes in the early stages to create high-quality developments that will complement the surrounding area and we’re very proud of how they’re taking shape.”

The Oaks is a popular development of 229 new homes that will feature a community orchard, open space and play areas. And Tithe Barn is an impressive development of 381 new homes in Exeter that benefits from a state-of-the-art district heating network.

Vistry South West, which builds Linden and Bovis properties, has also been recognised in the developer and rising star categories.

Tom Jupp, 28, won a coveted NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award this year – in his first 12 months as a site manager – and he’s now in the running for the rising star award.
