Vistry Acquires New Site In Langford

Vistry Western, which includes Bovis Homes and Linden Homes, has secured a new site in North Somerset that will provide 83 homes off Bath Road in Langford.

Regional land director, Rachael Humphreys commented: “We’re delighted to have exchanged contracts on this fantastic new site. The village of Langford lies a few miles south of Bristol Airport so it’s well situated, 14 miles from Bristol city centre, and surrounded by countryside.

“The aim is to deliver three and four bedroom family homes as well as green areas of open space but we’ll be undertaking public consultations to ensure we’re building the best selection of homes to suit the needs of the local community.

“We have two other developments in North Somerset – at Barrow Gurney and Congresbury – so Langford will be a great addition. We look forward to submitting the planning application and starting work on site.”

Vistry holds a five-star rating award from the Home Builders Federation, following the annual announcement of the industry’s customer satisfaction survey results.
