GREEN MORTGAGES
By buying a new energy efficient Linden Home you could take advantage of exclusive ‘Green’ mortgage products. A mortgage lender could offer lower interest rates on properties that carry an energy performance certificate or a predicted energy assessment rating of A – C. Think of it as a reward for buyers who are purchasing an energy efficient home. All our standard homes have a rating of A or B so this type of mortgage may be ideal if you are looking to purchase a new build home.
KEEPING YOU COSY
Unlike older properties, our homes come with high efficiency double glazing as standard, letting plenty of light and warmth in while minimising heat loss and reducing the amount of noise you’ll hear within your home. Not only do they keep you cosy they also reduce the amount of external noise that you’ll hear within your home.
Additional roof and floor insulation are among the other unseen features included with our homes that will help reduce the costs of keeping your home warm in the winter months, while also keeping you cool in the summer.
REDUCING WATER USAGE
Our kitchens and bathrooms incorporate water saving measures, without compromising on style or functionality.
These features mean our homes use up to 20% less water* than the UK average. Our taps and showers use aerated technology to provide the feeling of a strong flow, whilst using less water. Plus, our dual low flush toilets use the minimum amount of water to ensure less waste.
*Average Linden home uses 100-110 litres/person/day compared to UK average of 140 litres/person/day according to the Energy Savings Trust

Our new build homes at Bamford Park are in Lighthorne, a wonderful village in Warwickshire. As a quiet but lively village with a strong community, it's a tremendous place to lay down roots. In the village itself, you'll find a shop for the essentials and a pub where locals can enjoy a drink or two in relaxed surroundings. While the village itself is quaint, it's easy to get to larger locations like Stratford, Leamington and Warwick.
In the medieval town of Stratford-upon-Avon, just 10 miles away, you'll be transported to a bygone era as you marvel at the birthplace of William Shakespeare. For a fun day out, head to The Royal Shakespeare Theatre where you can see a play in magnificent surroundings overlooking the river. If that wasn't enough history, you can head to Anne Hathaway's house or even take a ghost walk through the town centre. Alternatively, simply meander through the compact town centre and treat yourself to some retail therapy and a bite to eat. A local favourite is Loxley's Restaurant and Wine Bar where you can enjoy great food in vibrant surroundings.
Our new builds are also near to the pretty town of Warwick, 7 miles away. As well as fascinating local history, you'll find plenty of independent shops and fine restaurants serving up everything from tapas to Thai food – Giggling Squid being a firm favourite. There's even a Michelin-rated restaurant in Cheal's. Swan Street is bustling with activity and is considered to be the heart of the town centre but, if you're looking for quirky finds at local independents, Smith Street isn't to be missed either.
Head 3 miles east and you'll arrive at Royal Leamington Spa, a trendy town in South Warwickshire. You'll be greeted with tree-lined squares and exquisite gardens – the most famous being Jephson Gardens. Wandering down the high street (or the Parade, as locals call it) you can admire the Georgian and Victorian buildings' shop windows before stopping for a bite to eat at one of the town's over 50 pubs and restaurants.
Alternatively, head to Banbury, less than 14 miles from our new homes for sale. A hive of activity, this town is a commercial and retail centre for the Cotswolds, boasting atmospheric lanes and historic buildings.
If you prefer to spend your weekends exploring the idyllic Warwickshire countryside, you can do that too when you move to one of our new houses in Lighthorne. With plenty of country walks, rambles and cycle routes to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor pursuits. Families and children should visit the British Motor Museum for a stellar day out or head to the jump park or Warwick Castle for hours of fun.
Our new houses for sale have brilliant connections in the local area with the M40 being less than 2 miles away. This provides easy access to Oxford, Birmingham, Banbury and London. Alternatively, hop on the A46 and arrive in Coventry in less than 30 minutes.
The nearest train station is Lighthorne Heath, which has regular connections to London Paddington. Four bus services also pass through Lighthorne. The 77 takes you to Leamington, Kineton and Stratford and the 77A will whisk you to Fenny Compton, Gaydon and Banbury.
You'll find plenty of top-rated schools near our new builds for sale. For children between the ages of 4-11, there's the 'Good'-rated Lighthorne Heath Primary School less than a mile from our new homes.
For pupils between the ages of 11-18, the 'Good'-rated Kineton High School is less than 5 miles away. Alternatively, Southam College is just 10 miles away and is regarded by Ofsted as 'Outstanding'.
