Why move to a newly built home in Cam?

With plenty of local amenities, lots of schools and stunning countryside views close to our new housing development, Cam is an excellent place to call home. Plus, getting around is simple with easy access to motorways and a railway station nearby.

Activities

Cam is in the county of Gloucestershire and sits at the foot of the Cotswolds, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has wonderful walking trails to explore with the whole family.

Soak up the history at nearby Berkeley Castle or Woodchester Mansion if grand old buildings are your thing. Alternatively, head to Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust Slimbridge and see if you can spot a kingfisher, Bewick swan or flamingo!

What's more, Bristol can be reached by car or train in roughly 40 mins. This buzzing city is filled with wonderful things to do including the SS Great Britain, Clifton Suspension Bridge and Cabot Circus for shopping. Alternatively, you can travel to the nearby Cotswold towns of Dursley and Stroud to explore independent shops and weekly markets.

Education

Families moving to the area will have a wide choice of primary and secondary schools for their children to attend. Many of these have 'Good' Ofsted ratings too, so you know your child can get their education from well-respected facilities.

Older children will have plenty of university choices nearby, with Gloucester and Bristol being the main ones close to our new builds homes in Cam.

Travel

Cam is close to major roads like the M5 and A38, both of which connect to Gloucester (30 mins) and Bristol (40 mins). Travelling north on the M5 will take you straight to Birmingham in roughly 90 minutes.

Our new builds are also just a short walk from the Cam and Dursley train station, which has direct services to Bristol. From there, you can head to places like London and Manchester.

Those that travel abroad frequently will be able to use Bristol Airport, which can take you to many locations across Europe. This airport is less than an hour away by car.
