Help to Buy – Wales is backed by the government and is designed to help people purchase a new-build home up to the value of £300,000 in Wales.
The scheme is open to all purchasers looking to buy a new build home in Wales and is available until September 2026.
How does it work?
• Buy with just a 5% deposit.
• Receive an interest free Government loan of up to 20% of the cost of your home
• You require a 75% mortgage to make up the rest.
• You own 100% of your home
